Learn MoreOn-Site. Expert. Honest.
We repair wristwatches and clocks of all kinds — from everyday timepieces to heirloom watches that have been in a family for generations. Our repair shop is on-site, and the people who work on your watch are the same people you speak with at the counter. There is no middleman and no shipping your watch to a stranger.
We are not pushy about what a watch needs. If your watch needs a simple battery or a quick adjustment, that is what we will tell you — and that is what we will do. If it needs more substantial work, we will explain exactly what it is, what it will cost, and what the result will look like. No surprises.

Wristwatches & Clocks
We work on wristwatches and clocks of all kinds — mechanical, quartz, antique, and contemporary.
We repair wristwatches of all types — mechanical, automatic, and quartz. Battery replacement, crown and stem repair, crystal replacement, band service, case refinishing, movement cleaning and servicing. If your wristwatch has stopped working, lost accuracy, or has a specific problem, bring it in and we will take a look.
We repair clocks of all kinds — mantel clocks, wall clocks, cuckoo clocks, grandmother and grandfather clocks, and antique timepieces. Clock movement cleaning, mainspring replacement, pendulum adjustment, and dial restoration. A clock that has been in your family for decades deserves careful work, not a quick fix.
Enamel and brass face replacement is a standard horologist technique that most watch and clock shops do not offer. If your timepiece has a damaged or degraded dial face — cracked enamel, pitted brass, faded printing — we can replace or restore it. This service is what separates a real repair shop from a battery-swap counter.
We have particular experience with antique and heirloom timepieces — watches and clocks that have significant history and need to be handled with care. We work on pocket watches, railroad watches, vintage wristwatches, and antique clocks. If you have a timepiece that matters to you, we will treat it accordingly.
Expert Repair Services
We believe in getting to know you and your watch before we do anything to it. If you bring in a watch for repair, we will ask you about it — not because we need the information to do the job, but because a watch has a story, and knowing the story helps us understand what matters most to you about the repair.
A watch that was a gift from someone you loved is different from a watch that just needs to keep running. We do not treat every repair the same way. We listen, we look carefully at the piece, and we tell you honestly what we find and what we recommend.
We are not pushy. If a watch does not need work, we will tell you. If it does, we will explain exactly what is needed before we proceed.
Watches Tied to Memories
A watch is more than a timepiece. For many people, a watch is tied to a memory — a gift from someone they loved, an heirloom passed down, a piece that marked a milestone they will never forget.
When that watch stops working and ends up in a drawer, the connection to that memory can fade. Watch repair is a way to restore the connection. A watch that keeps time is a watch that gets worn. A watch that gets worn stays in the story.
We have repaired watches that were twenty years old and watches that were a hundred. We have worked on heirloom pieces that came to us barely holding together and left looking and running as they should. If you have a watch sitting in a drawer, bring it in. We will tell you honestly whether it can be fixed and what that would cost.
Locally Owned. On-Site Shop. No Pressure.
We are a locally owned store with an on-site repair shop and more than 40 years of combined experience working with watches and clocks of all kinds. We handle every repair ourselves, on-site. Your watch never leaves the building until it is ready for you — there is no central facility, no shipping, no uncertainty about where it is or who is handling it.
We offer fast turnaround and reasonable pricing. We also offer something that is harder to find: honest advice. We will not tell you a watch needs work it does not need. We will not recommend an expensive service when a simple adjustment will do. And if a watch is beyond reasonable repair, we will tell you that too — and talk through what your options are, including whether it might be a candidate for custom watch design.
When you visit one of our two locations — at the historic Choo Choo in downtown Chattanooga or on Signal Mountain — you will find a team that genuinely knows watches, genuinely cares about getting things right, and will give you their undivided attention from the moment you walk in.
